Construction Audits

Checking it All

In this service, FTS inspect the work of the contractor for compliance with the technical aspects of the contract, by:

  • Visits to the site at periodic intervals, timed to afford general observations of the quality of workmanship and materials, but not necessarily enabling detailed observation of all work which is subsequently concealed or constructed in such a way that significant dismantling is required if it proves defective at a later stage
